To be eligible for a return:

No stains, odors (including perfume), deodorant marks, makeup, or damage

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Condition Inspection & Rejection
All returns are inspected upon arrival.

Item smells of perfume, smoke, or deodorant

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving goods may be considered theft and reported accordingly.

9. Refused Deliveries

What should I do if an item arrives damaged or faulty?
Occasionally, an item may be damaged during production or transport.
We’ll be happy to resolve this for you — simply send an email to hillslondoninfo@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue.
Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a solution.
What if I want to return my order after the return period?
Please ensure your return is shipped within 14 days of receiving your package.
In exceptional cases, if the return period has expired, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead.
